Summit T/O - 1100 m vert
Close to Mt. Hadis, a similar mountain also provides great
thermal flying. Mt. Ara is an extinct volcano located in
large flat plain. Launching is possible from almost anywhere
as most of the mountain is grass covered, providing great
take-off sites. Large fields provide more than ample landing
sites. This site provides fantastic views of nearby Mt.
Aragats and good X-C potenial.
