In this site there has been some good thermal flying. Otherwise it is a bit constrained. It favors launches when the wind comes from the East, Southeast or South.

It has extremely beautiful scenery, since you're looking at the large lake and behind it you see Tbilisi. In good weather, you can just see the tip of Mt. Kazbegi to the North and the mountain ranges of Nagorno-Karabakh to the South.

Again, a four-wheel drive is highly recommended. The place is a bit difficult to find, behind the village of Lilo. Coordinates available on request. This site can be recognized by the radar which is turning close by. There is also a graveyard on the ridge.
